What these terms are

These terms apply between you and the Plakat Legends team, who runs the game, whenever you play. By playing you accept them and the privacy policy

Guest accounts and linking

• Everyone starts as a guest with no sign-up. A guest account lives on that device and can be recovered only with its recovery code
• Link an email, Google or LINE so your fish survive a new device. Buying with real money, voting in contests and receiving referral rewards need a linked account
• Keep your recovery code yourself. The team never asks for passwords or recovery codes, or for money transfers
• One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account

In-game items have no real-money value

• Pearl, Gem, egg tickets, fish, parts and every other in-game item are a licence to use inside the game only. They are not property and cannot be cashed out or withdrawn
• Do not buy or sell accounts, fish or items for real money or anything outside the game. Accounts that are traded may be suspended
• The game has no crypto, NFTs or ads

Purchases, the hatchery and spending limits

• The price is shown before every payment. Refunds follow the refund policy
• The hatchery (gacha), fusion and breeding are random. Every chance and every pity rule is shown in the game (the hatchery, and Account > Terms > Odds), made from the same code that rolls
• Spending limit: up to ฿10,500 ($300) per 30 days. Players under 18 need a parent’s permission and can spend up to ฿1,500 ($43) per 30 days
• If you are under 18, have a parent read these terms too

Conduct and names

• Fish names are 1-16 characters. No swearing, slurs, staff or game names, links, phone numbers or LINE IDs
• A name reported by several players may show as a neutral name until the team checks it. The team may change a name that breaks the rules and will tell you why
• No cheating, bots, exploits, fake accounts for votes or rewards, or harassing other players

Bans

If you break these terms the team may ban the account for a time or for good, remove items gained by cheating, or discount votes. You see the end date when you open the game. If you think it is a mistake, write to support@plakatlegends.app

Referrals

• When a friend you invited reaches level 10, you both get a cosmetic and 2 egg tickets
• At most 20 referral rewards per account. No cash commission
• A linked account is needed to receive rewards. Fake accounts are checked for, and rewards from them are not given or are taken back

Clubs

• A club has at most 30 members. The owner can remove members
• Club names follow the same rules as other names. The team may rename or disband a club that breaks them

The service and changes

• The game is still growing. We may add, change or rebalance items, and the server may be down for maintenance at times
• When we change these terms we update the version and date at the top, and tell you in the game first if the change matters
• You may stop playing and delete your account at any time

Liability

We provide the game as it is and are liable as far as Thai law requires. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have by law

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes go to the courts of Thailand
