Refund policy

The rules

You can ask for a refund within 14 days if you have not used the Gem from that purchase
Charged but nothing arrived, or charged twice: always refunded
Money goes back to how you paid, on the payment provider’s schedule
After a refund, the Gem from that purchase is taken back

In the game: Shop > Purchases > "Problem or refund?", pick the order and send a message
Or email support@plakatlegends.app with the order number. We reply within 3 working days
